DAXKO Named One of Birmingham’s Best Places to Work

For the fourth consecutive year, DAXKO has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the Birmingham metro area. This year, DAXKO moved up several spots to rank fifth in the mid-size company category (51-150 employees).

The annual award, presented by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ), honors companies whose policies and practices are attractive, innovative, and effective. DAXKO, with its focus on individual development, health and well-being, has again been named among Birmingham’s best.

"We want people to walk through the door and be excited about being here," said DAXKO CEO David Gray. Much of the success DAXKO’s experienced through the years can be attributed to the passion and excitement that team members feel about the work they do.

Earlier this year, DAXKO was also recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the 25 Best Small Companies to Work for in America.
