Richard Maclean Managing Partner

Richard is a founding Partner of Frontier Capital and has more than 20 years of experience advising and investing in growth companies. He is a former director of several privately held companies, including Peak 10, LURHQ/SecureWorks and Anodyne Health, and currently serves on the board of Celergo, Perceptis and Inclinix. Mr. Maclean has a wide range of experience completing numerous private capital and M&A transactions as both principal and advisor. Mr. Maclean graduated from the College of Charleston and received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Andrew Lindner Managing Partner

Mr. Lindner is a founding Partner of Frontier Capital and has more than 17 years of growth equity and advisory experience. He is a former director of several privately held companies, including Ryla, Digital Envoy, Optical Experts and Hoffman Media, and currently serves on the boards of Social Solutions, DAXKO and Viverae. Prior to co-founding Frontier in 1999, Mr. Lindner was with Stephens, Inc. in Atlanta, where he advised clients in executing corporate finance transactions and assisted the Stephens Family with direct private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Lindner held investment banking positions with Bank of America and Weiss, Peck & Greer. Mr. Lindner graduated from the University of Texas and received his MBA from Stanford University.

Michael Ramich Partner

Mr. Ramich is a Partner at Frontier Capital and has more than 14 years of growth equity and advisory experience. He is a current or former board member of several privately held companies, including Celergo, Perceptis, Accipiter, Quickparts and Lanyon. Prior to joining Frontier shortly after its founding in 2001, Mr. Ramich was with General Electric ("GE"). Through roles in corporate mergers and acquisitions, internal consulting and operating finance, he gained strategic and financial experience in a number of GE's industrial and financial businesses. Mr. Ramich graduated from Duke University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Joel Lanik Partner

Mr. Lanik is a Partner at Frontier Capital and has more than 10 years of growth equity, operational and advisory experience. He is a current board member of Conclusive Marketing, Cash Cycle Solutions, Inclinix, Business Intelligence Advisors and Azaleos. Prior to rejoining Frontier in 2007, Mr. Lanik was Vice President of Finance and Strategy at LURHQ, a leading provider of managed IT security services, where he was instrumental in LURHQ's profitable growth and successful sale to SecureWorks. Before this operating role, Mr. Lanik was part of the Fund I investment team with Frontier. Mr. Lanik graduated from Duke University and received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Scott Hoch Vice President

Mr. Hoch joined Frontier Capital in 2007 and currently holds the role of Vice President. He has primary responsibility for researching in-market companies to identify potential targets, screening opportunities, analysis, and execution of investments. Prior to joining Frontier, he held investment banking positions with Edgeview Partners and Bank of America. Mr. Hoch is a graduate of Furman University.

Seth Harward Director of Business Development

Mr. Harward joined Frontier Capital in 2008 and has been instrumental in refining the Firm's sourcing strategy. He has primary responsibility for developing strategic relationships, marketing strategy and identifying attractive growth stage companies. Prior to Frontier, he led fundraising efforts for the Research Triangle's Council for Entrepreneurial Development and sales for a high growth entrepreneurial company. Mr. Harward is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Emily Tindel Business Development

Ms. Tindel joined Frontier Capital in 2011 and has more than six years of private equity and advisory experience. She is involved in the Firm's efforts for developing strategic relationships, marketing strategy and identifying attractive growth stage companies. Prior to Frontier, she was with Valor Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago, and held investment banking positions with VRA Partners and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Ms. Tindel is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Tim Bechtold Associate

Mr. Bechtold joined Frontier Capital in 2011 as an Associate. He has primary responsibility for researching in-market companies to identify potential targets, screening opportunities, analysis, and execution of investments. Prior to joining Frontier, Mr. Bechtold worked in the Investment Banking Group of BB&T Capital Markets where he participated in a variety of merger and acquisition, equity, and structured finance transactions across a broad range of industries. Mr. Bechtold earned a B.S. in Business Administration from The Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he concentrated in Finance.

Lori Shell Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Shell joined Frontier in 2007 and is responsible for all financial accounting and reporting functions related to each of the Firm's Funds and its management company. Prior to Frontier, she was Controller of GF Management Co, a high-net worth family office, Assistant Controller of a public Swiss company, and spent five years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen. Ms. Shell received Masters and BA Accounting degrees from North Carolina State University.

Katina Jakubowski Director of Marketing and Administration

Ms. Jakubowski joined Frontier Capital at its inception and has contributed to the development of the Firm in multiple roles. In her present role as Director of Marketing, she leads branding, relationship development and public relations strategies and guides administrative and human resources initiatives. In addition, Katina manages Limited Partner events and communications and supports partners and principals in fund raising activities. Prior to Frontier, Katina was benefits coordinator for Carolina Planning Consultants where she managed the complex details of estate planning services. Ms. Jakubowski is a graduate of Campbell University.

Kim Lukacs Accountant

Ms. Lukacs joined Frontier Capital in 2011 and provides accounting support to the CFO. She is highly-knowledgeable in the areas of finance and accounting with more than 20 years of support and management experience to her credit. Prior to her position at Frontier, Ms. Lukacs managed the accounting activities with plaintiff law firms and medical practices. Ms. Lukacs attended Oakland Community College.

Jessica Warzybok Executive Assistant

Ms. Warzybok joined Frontier Capital in 2011 to provide administrative support to the Frontier team. She is responsible for travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, database management and office administration. Ms. Warzybok has over 8 years of experience in administrative support roles, more recently focusing on travel & meeting coordination. Prior to Frontier, Jessica monitored the global travel and corporate American Express programs at Stream Global Services. Ms. Warzybok is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine.

They serve as valuable mentors and coaches helping to solve issues regarding growth plans and organization structure typically facing our Management Partners.

Edward Crutchfield
Mr. Crutchfield brings extensive operating experience to Frontier as the former CEO of First Union Corp. (now Wells Fargo). He has been an active advisor and investor in a number of Frontier's portfolio companies, including LURHQ, RYLA, Viverae and Anodyne Health. Mr. Crutchfield actively assists Frontier in evaluating financial services and other related investments. He received a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Wilson
Mr. Wilson brings 25 years of experience to the table as an entrepreneur, investor and business leader focused on nurturing business innovation. Building on the knowledge he gained from 15 years with Dun & Bradstreet, Wilson created Ryla, Inc in 2001 and sold the company in 2010. Mr. Wilson is preparing to take on a role as Entrepreneur in Residence at the MDBA Business Center with Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovation Institute where he will serve as a high-level resource for business leaders interested in imporving profitablility and sustainability. Mr. Wilson earned his degree in Business Administration and Management at Wilberforce University.

Tim Lamb
Mr. Lamb held various leadership positions at Automatic Data Processing ("ADP") for nearly 20 years, eventually retiring as president of the National Accounts Division supplying HR, benefit and payroll services to large employers in the United States. Prior to his tenure at ADP, he began his career at IBM and became manager of National Account Marketing. Mr. Lamb assists Frontier with software-as-a-service companies and is currently on the board of DAXKO and Social Solutions.

Tony Prince
Tony Prince has over 15 years experience operating business service and IT security companies. He was the founder and CEO of LURHQ, which grew into one of the premier IT security companies in the United States and was aquired by SecureWorks. Mr. Prince helps Frontier in evaluating and operating high growth, managed services companies. He received a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

Brian Handly
Mr. Handly has over 15 years of technical, operational and executive management experience. He was founder and CEO of Accipiter, which grew into one of the industry's premier online ad serving solutions and was acquired by aQuantive. Subsequently, Mr. Handly spent three years with aQuantive and Microsoft as General Manager of Publisher Solutions and Business Development. He assists Frontier in evaluating and operating software-as-a-service companies. Mr. Handly received a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
