These individuals bring a wealth of former operating experience and relationships to our portfolio companies. They serve as valuable mentors and coaches helping to solve issues regarding growth plans and organization structure typically facing our Management Partners.

Edward Crutchfield
Mr. Crutchfield brings extensive operating experience to Frontier as the former CEO of First Union Corp. (now Wells Fargo). He has been an active advisor and investor in a number of Frontier's portfolio companies, including LURHQ, RYLA, Viverae and Anodyne Health. Mr. Crutchfield actively assists Frontier in evaluating financial services and other related investments. He received a BA in Economics from Davidson College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mark Wilson
Mr. Wilson brings 25 years of experience to the table as an entrepreneur, investor and business leader focused on nurturing business innovation. Building on the knowledge he gained from 15 years with Dun & Bradstreet, Wilson created Ryla, Inc in 2001 and sold the company in 2010. Mr. Wilson is preparing to take on a role as Entrepreneur in Residence at the MDBA Business Center with Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovation Institute where he will serve as a high-level resource for business leaders interested in imporving profitablility and sustainability. Mr. Wilson earned his degree in Business Administration and Management at Wilberforce University.
Tim Lamb
Mr. Lamb held various leadership positions at Automatic Data Processing ("ADP") for nearly 20 years, eventually retiring as president of the National Accounts Division supplying HR, benefit and payroll services to large employers in the United States. Prior to his tenure at ADP, he began his career at IBM and became manager of National Account Marketing. Mr. Lamb assists Frontier with software-as-a-service companies and is currently on the board of DAXKO and Social Solutions.
Tony Prince
Tony Prince has over 15 years experience operating business service and IT security companies. He was the founder and CEO of LURHQ, which grew into one of the premier IT security companies in the United States and was aquired by SecureWorks. Mr. Prince helps Frontier in evaluating and operating high growth, managed services companies. He received a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
Brian Handly
Mr. Handly has over 15 years of technical, operational and executive management experience. He was founder and CEO of Accipiter, which grew into one of the industry's premier online ad serving solutions and was acquired by aQuantive. Subsequently, Mr. Handly spent three years with aQuantive and Microsoft as General Manager of Publisher Solutions and Business Development. He assists Frontier in evaluating and operating software-as-a-service companies. Mr. Handly received a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri.
